    Hi T
First; sorry for the delay in my response, I have been quite busy lately.
Second; thanks for the kind words.
Third; I don’t know which books you’re talking about, but I will give you a list that I read and recommend in this field:

1- End of Faith for Sam Harris

2- Letter to a Christian Nation also by Sam Harris

3- A politically Incorrect Guide to Islam by Robert Spencer

4- The Little Book of Atheism Spirituality by Andre Comte-Sponville

5- The Masks of God (3 vol.) by Joseph Campbell

6- 23 Years by Ali Dashti

7-Philosophers without Gods by different writers, edited by Louise M. Antony

8- Why Darwin Matters by Michael Shermer

    And in this link
you will find some other books that I listed before in the Kuwaiti Liberal forum, I hope that you’d find the book you are looking for.

And my ears had stopped ringing sometime now, cause it’s hardly free from the offspring.
My daughter is here now and we are planning to travel to Kentucky for the official wedding ceremony of my other daughter, when her father arrives. So you can imagine how busy I have been. But it felt good to know that you guys still miss me.
btw: Duke is traveling with us

    hey !
now am the one who’s sorry for the delay..
really sorry i just got back from travelling for two months !

yes, i hv read the portable atheist, although, i hardly enjoyed it as much as his first book

it wasn’t any of those books you listed, i dont even think its a book strictly about god or religion. but it very possibly talks about that at somepoint, its like reading about pascal’s theory.. i remember coming across the name of the book in one of the comments on Sawsanah’s older posts.. i just can’t find it anymore, it has like a short name , mybe two or three words

i know ur busy.. hv fun, and congrats to u and ur daughter 😀

    Hello T
It’s my turn now to apologize for the delay…LOOOL
And about the book, it’s becoming like a riddle to me, and Pascal’s theory of probability is not helping much because most of philosophy books I read more or less mention it. You sure it’s not number 4 in the list? I say that because it is actually one of my favorite philosophy books and I might have mentioned it or some of its quotes in my previous comments.
And about The Portable Atheist; I am reading it now and find it fascinating with the careful selection by Hitchens of the articles. I’m thinking of posting a review about it soon, and translate some in the Kuwaiti Liberal Forum, but not before I write my memoir about the unforgettable trip across USA here on my blog.
    Sorry; I wasn’t much of a help, was I?

no no, the book is not about pascal’s theory, i was just giving that as an example.

nope.. u weren’t much of a help, but i can’t blame you.. i didnt really give u much to work with LOL
